The Santa Monica wealth management branch is the culmination of a company-wide interior rebranding across all wealth management branches. The space features 3,400 square feet of refined detailed and artisan-customized fixtures and furniture made of locally-sourced California oak
The project complies with the approved minor amendment to the Maguire Thomas Development Agreement, confirming retail banking services as a permitted ground-floor use.
