The Newport Beach Wealth Management office reflects this collaboration through a carefully curated selection of architectural and interior elements that convey sophistication, strategic intelligence, and institutional strength—reinforcing the confidence and capability associated with the Bank’s brand.

The scope includes a new wealth management lobby, conference room, meeting room, private offices, open office area, hoteling room, copy/storage space, janitor’s closet, and upgraded men’s and women’s restrooms. The layout was organized to provide privacy, clarity of circulation, and a refined environment appropriate for high-level client engagement.

RACAIA provided full architectural and engineering coordination services, including development of interior finishes and architectural detailing, structured revision cycles, and furniture coordination for the Private Banking Suite. The project advanced through plan check and permitting with the City of Newport Beach, followed by bidding support and construction observation services including submittal review, RFI responses, regular site visits, punch list preparation, and closeout coordination.
