RACAIA designed and completely renovated the historical Pasadena Main Private Banking Suite for Bank of the West/BNP Paribas and it was completed in 2012. The suite’s interior consists of approximately 1,500 square feet and cost approximately $1 million all inclusive, with roughly $700,000 in construction costs.

Design and drawings were commissioned by Caltech in order to develop a grape pergola and secure bicycle storage structure on the Caltech campus, visually tying two parts of campus together with a relaxed, outdoor environment.

RACAIA designed the new San Diego Branch on B Street for Bank of the West and it was completed in 2011. The Branch’s interior consists of approximately 4,000 square feet and cost approximately $1 million all inclusive, with roughly $650,000 in construction costs alone.

Working in conjunction with the Hillstone Restaurant Group, we designed a new enclosure and seating area for the existing restaurant space. Utilizing custom windows, lighting and booth design, and custom patio furniture and layout, the project was completed in 2009.

Gulfstream Restaurant, completed in 2009, involved the complete interior renovation and modernization the seating area, oyster bar, serving line, and spirit bar area.
