Research is especially important because each development will vary depending on the weather, land, community design, size and budget. Some areas may be more suited for wind power than solar power, or some areas may require special drainage issues. Before designing each home, thorough research will be conducted to develop the most appropriate structures in each community. Once the research has been completed, The Design Team will finalize the housing designs and develop construction drawings for each house, with adjustments for customization of each development.
